Booking Policy
For Booking Confirmation:
- 50% advance has to be paid to block the dates and confirm the booking.
- Balance 50% to be paid 10 days before the check-in.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000/- payable at the time of check-in.
Villa Rules:
- Keep the house and surrounding area clean.
- Early check-in or Late check-out would incur charges.
- Do not move any furniture.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene. Wash your feet before entering the pool.
- Smoking & Hukah is not allowed indoors. If found smoking or having hukah inside the villa, the security deposit will be retained. If having hukah outdoors, ensure that no damage is done to the property
- Music volume to be lowered after 9:00 pm. No DJ system allowed in the premises.
- Children must be accompanied by Adults in Swimming Pool & around the Swimming Pool area at all times.
- Usage of Swimming Pool is at your own risk. Villa Owner and its staff should not be held liable for any eventualities.
Ensure all the rules are followed for a smooth stay.
If any of the above rule are violated, your deposit will be retained / forfeited. Thank you for your co-operation
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelled on or less than 30 days of check in date – 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled between 15 to 30 days, 75% will be charged.
- If cancelled less than 15 days of check in date, full amount will be charged.
